Nathan is a RICS Registered Valuer with a diverse career of experience.

Having always had a keen interest in tools and the practical side of building, I am definitely more of a ‘hands on’ surveyor, with a wide experience of both professional and practical work.

Graduating from Sheffield Hallam University in 2008, I have now gained over 10 years of experience in the property sector.  After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2012, I have remained a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors ever since.

Over the past few years I have been able to complete a number of personal renovations and enjoy the creative side of property development. This experience has given me a huge amount of practical knowledge, and has sharpened my eyes to poor craftsmanship, which is all too common. This helps me look out for the things that matter when carrying out surveys for my clients. I find property fascinating as every home is different, and it’s the small differences that can have a big impact on enjoyment, usability and value.
